Our nails are handcrafted with love and meticulous attention to detail. ✨ Please allow 3-5 business days for production before your order is ready to ship. Quality takes time, and we promise your unique set will be worth the wait!

2. Order Processing

Standard processing takes 3-5 business days before your order enters the production phase.

3. Shipping Estimates

Once production is complete, here are the estimated delivery times:

  • United States: 5-8 business days

  • United Kingdom: 6-12 business days

  • International: 6-12 business days

4. Shipping Rates

  • FREE SHIPPING on all orders over $80.

  • US Orders (Under $80): $5.99

  • UK Orders (Under £80): £4.99

5. Shipping Partners

We work with reliable carriers to ensure your package arrives safely:

  • USA: Shipped via USPS.

  • UK: Shipped via Royal Mail.

  • All orders include a tracking number so you can follow your package's journey.

6. International Customs & Duties

International customers are responsible for any sales tax, import duties, or customs charges imposed by their home country. These fees are not included in our order total or shipping costs.

7. Important Notice

TinyHandmade is not liable for additional taxes or customs charges incurred during shipment. If you choose to refuse a delivery, you will be responsible for the original shipping costs, any applicable taxes/duties, and the cost of returning the package. Please note that refunds will not be issued in these cases.

8. Lost Packages

In the rare event that your package is confirmed lost in transit by the carrier, we will file a claim and provide you with a replacement set at no additional cost.
