Thank you for shopping at TinyHandmade! We take great pride in our handcrafted products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we are here to help.

1. Returns

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • The item must be in its original packaging.

  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of handmade and personalized goods, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Custom or Personalized Orders: Any items made to your specific measurements, colors, or personalized designs.

  • Hygiene-Sensitive Items: For health and safety reasons, products such as earrings or press-on nails cannot be returned once the packaging is opened.

  • Sale Items: Only regular-priced items may be refunded; unfortunately, sale items are final sale.

3. Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days (usually 5-10 business days), depending on your card issuer's policies.

 

4. Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item sent, defective product), TinyHandmade will cover the return shipping costs.

  • For all other returns, you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
